1. How to order?
As we are manufacturing business and wholesale business, right now, we don’t have online store for you to order directly. You have to send email with an specific inquiry of what you need to our sales representative, for what type of jewelry you need, or like, what material, what size, what gemstones, what shape and size, etc, then our sales team will get back to you with a quote. Then you can confirm the order if the price meets your target and budget, after you confirm the order, you can arrange payment or deposit for the order, then we will start the production. After production finish, we will ship out the goods to your address.
2. How to pay?
You can pay with paypal, skrill, money gram, west union, bank wire.
3. How to ship?
For small order or sample order, we can ship by Air mail, such as Hong Kong Post, China Post, Fedex, UPS, EMS and DHL.
For medium order, can ship by Air Cargo, or Fedex, MES, UPS and DHL.
For large order, we can ship by Ocean Cargo.
4. What’s the shipping cost?
As we are big customer of China post, Fedex, UPS, EMS and DHL, we ship tons of gemstones and semi precious stone beads, cabochons, pendants, carvings, tumbled stones, gifts and crafts every month, we can get very good discount to ship goods with them. You will get favorable shipping rate to order with us.
5. What’s the lead time?
If we can stock of your ordered items, we will ship out within 24 hours after payment confirmed.
If not available in stock, have to produce your order items, it will take around 10-25 days for the production, depend on order details , material and our production schedule.
6. What’s the shipping time?
The shipping time of Fedex, DHL, UPS and EMS, will take around 3-5 days.
The shipping time of Chian Post, and Hong Kong Post air mail, with take around 12-15 days.
The shipping time to Russia and Brazil will take longer time. Also other East Europe and South American countries.
The shipping time by Ocean cargo will take around 20-30 days after the goods are on board.
7. What’s the minimum order quantity?
For the minimum order quantity, we have a total amount minimum $500, generally, for the items we have in stock, 20 pcs will be ok.
If not available in stock, have to produce in production, the minimum order quantity is 100-200 pcs each shape each size each color stone material.
And for rings, quantity of each ring size can be smaller than minimum order quantity, only the total quantity of each ring style reach the MOQ will be fine.
8. Do you offer any discount?
Our MOQ for each item is 20 pcs. or mixed total order amount above $500.
We strive to keep our prices lowest in the market, and more competitive. also, we offer favorable discount if your order is above $1000.
For order from $1000 to $2000, you will get 3% off.
For order from $2001 to $5000, you will get 5% off.
For order from $5001 to $10000,you will get 7% off.
For order from $10001 and above, you will get 9% off.
The discount will automatically minus from your shopping cart.
9. Are your gemstones natural?
Yes, we are professional and we engaged in producing and manufacturing natural gemstones and semi precious stones. We can assure and guarantee that all our gemstones and semi precious stone products, include beads,cabochons,carvings,pendants,charms,tumbled stones, and jewelry components and jewelry parts, are genuine gemstones and semi precious stones as their name. Genuine stones, Genuine color, and genuine material carefully and well selected.
If any item not available in natural gemstones, such as Opal, Zircon, Emerald, etc, our sales will check and confirm with customers in advance.
If any color not available in natural gemstones color, our sales will mark on the quote and invoice, which are dyed color. Such as dyed quartzite jade, dyed howlite turquoise, dyed imperial jasper
10. What guarantee do you have?
We can guarantee money back or replacement if there are any quality problem caused by our company. The buyer have to return the goods with problem to our office within 2 weeks after receive them.
11. Can you produce my design?
Yes, we can produce customized products, and produce following customer’s design, photo or samples. We have been in silver jewelry and gemstone jewelry ODM and OEM for more than 14 years.
12. Can you offer samples?
Yes, we can offer samples. Some samples in stock in small quantity, we can offer free of charge. Buyer have to pay for the shipping cost.
If we need to produce the sample in very small quantity, there will be mold charge at cost.
13. Can you make with my LOGO?
Yes, we can make with your LOGO on all the jewelry items created.
14. Can you do gift packing?
Yes, we can offer gift packaging for the products. Such as velvet bags, satin bags, organza bags, silk bags, nonwoven bags, cotton bags and pouches, plastic bags. And all these bags are available to print your LOGO.
15. Can you offer testing certificate of the gemstones and precious metals on the jewelry?
Yes, we can offer gemstone testing report certificate, and sterling silver testing certificate, and Gold jewelry testing certificate. All these certificates will be tested by Authorized third party inspection and testing institute.
16. Can your products meet EU standard?
Yes, our products can meet the most strict standard in the world. European Union standard and United States standard. And our biggest market also focused on United States and European Union.
17. Do you have quality guarantee? What is your return policy ?
Yes, we offer quality guarantee.
If there are quality issues of seller’s fault or responsibility, we accept return and replacement within 14 days after parcel received.
and we offer refund for the rejected items which have been paid by buyer. (Not include shipping cost, paypal fees, or bank charges).
The rejected items should be returned in original condition and safe packaging to make sure items arrive in good condition.
In some rare case, if the damage caused by shipper or force majeure, as it is out of our control on the way of shipping, buyer should keep proof and request compensation from shipper at the earliest time. The most import thing to do when you receive the parcel, is check the surface, if it is broken, or shape charged, or opened, it is important that buyer take proof when the shipper are at sight, and check the inside items. and keep proof.
If buyer failed to offer clear information, or buyer offered mistake information, we will not offer return or replacement guarantee in such occasions.
For the shipping cost of return, buyer pay for the shipping cost of return.
Return of the parcel can be by Normal post, or courier, ocean cargo. up to buyer’s choice.
But it should be with a registered tracking number at least. to make sure we can receive the parcel.
For replacement, buyer pay for shipping cost of return, seller (SGJ GEMS) pay for shipping cost of the replaced items.
