2. How much is your price ?
As we have wide range of products, so not possible to upload all of them on the website, we only show limited products here, you can send an email to our sales representative, with products specification,such as size,stone name, shape, or picture , our sales representative will quote our best price to you shortly.

3. How to pay ?
We accept payment with bank wire, paypal, westunion, money gram etc.
After order confirmed, our sales representative will make PI file to you, payment details will also included.
4. How long will be the lead time ?
Generally, after deposit payment received, we will arrange production immediately.
For ordinary order quantity, lead time will be around 18-25 days.
For mixed order or large quantity order, lead time maybe longer. our sales will confirm a production schedule with you regarding shipping date in such occasions.
5. How to ship ?
We shipped by courier such as UPS, DHL, Fedex,TNT, EMS for most orders weight below 100 kg.
Air Cargo for order above 80 kg.
Container shipment for bulk quantity order above 300 kg, 500 kg, sometimes 2000 kg.
We ship by courier, air cargo, container sea cargo each month, so get very good discount from shipping company.
You can pay shipping cost to us, we arrange shipment, and also you can ship with paid collect.
after ship out, our sales will advise the tracking number. so you can track your shipment anywhere,anytime.
6. How to do if I find quality problems ?
When you receive the goods, check the box or weight first, if there is any damage or lost.
if there is anything broken, missing, contact the shipping company in the shortest time. we also will complain to the shipping company on our side, and press them to solve the problem, and compensate to customer.
From the experience, in all these years, more than 10 thousands shipping, only 2 shipments occur accident. and also got compensation from shipping company.
7. If I have rough stones for you to lapidary cutting, how I ship to you ?
For lapidary cutting service, we only work on quantity based. such as 10 kg for facet cut gemstones,
and 30 kg for cabochon cutting, and 50 kg minimum for beads and charms, charms and pendants, carving cutting.
You can ship the rough stones to us by Air mail through post office, Courier such as UPS, DHL, Fedex, etc, Air Cargo or Sea Cargo also available.
Important: As China has high import tariff, so for small quantity rough stones shipping, you must remember to declare the value not above $100, or there will be import tariff charged by the customs.
